All services provided by **REDDY** are governed by specific service agreements or detailed proposals. These documents will clearly outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and intellectual property rights, and will be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Clients are expected to provide timely access to necessary information, resources, and approvals required for **REDDY** to effectively deliver services. Any delays caused by client-side factors may impact project timelines and associated costs.
Payment schedules and methods will be stipulated in the service agreement. Invoices are due as per the agreed terms. Late payments may be subject to interest or other charges as specified in the agreement.
**REDDY**'s total liability for any claims arising from services provided will be limited to the total fees paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Both **REDDY** and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement, as outlined in any non-disclosure agreements or within the service agreement itself.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
